About the Publisher

Prior to establishing Amber Skye Publishing LLC, Judith Palmateer worked in the self-publishing industry for many years in many roles, including associate publisher, project manager, staff accountant, proofreader, editor, marketer. During that time, more than 400 books were published, many receiving best-seller status and achieving various book awards.

When Judith established Amber Skye Publishing LLC, she did not expect the inspiration to take off so quickly. Last year 2009, she published at least 3 books. One is written by 2008 Midwest Book Award 2008 winner, Arvid Lloyd Williams, Up the Green River Without a Paddle, an historical fiction novel of 1830s and released December 2009. Another book is for ILuminateBooks (Karen Bachman Thull and Natalie Finazzo) titled Humble Pie, first in a series of 10 children’s books based on the virtues, which is scheduled for release Spring 2010. And, finally, but not least, Let’s Play Tennis, a Guide for Parents and Kids by Andy Ace written and illustrated by Patricia Egart and scheduled for release Spring 2010. Both books are scheduled for release in 2009.
